Welcome to Fairway Estates web pages, authorized by the Board of Directors of the Fairway Estates Home Owners Association.  The Board of Directors offers this web site in the hope that it will provide our owners with more updated and immediate information regarding Fairway Estates.

Fairway Estates is a privately owned condominium community on Sand Point Way over looking Lake Washington in Seattle Washington. The property includes 3 high rise buildings, with 84 units, located on 8.3 acres.

Widely known and appreciated for the extensive and beautifully landscaped property and gorgeous views across lake Washington,   Fairway Estates owners also enjoy use of a golf driving range, tennis courts and exclusive use of a  swimming pool.  Our General Manager resides on site and actively manages the property for the benefit of our owners.
